From a sketch and up from black on blue...

Almost 2 p.m. outside Philadelphia. The World Series is underway and the Yankees lead the Phillies 3-2 in a best of 7 option. Last night was 43 degrees; today is 61. Beautiful day today. Bills to be paid. And life is good, people. I have done all the things I “should do” to maintain proper posture and balance in my life. My nephew advised me that he now is an author of “Chin Kung and Recovery.” I am anxious to read his work. I am a very proud uncle. Greg and I have had a close relationship early on and then a great separation and then a reconnection in the present. It has been and continues to be a joyful part of my life. I am a blessed man. This is my nephew, Greg, the author, teacher, student of life and loving person. Lois is a very proud spirit.

It is a beautiful book and Greg is a beautiful man. he spoke recently on the radio and there is a webpage with the station re-broadcasts from dec. 1st. I got to listen to his presentation about meditation and recovery and wellness. Great shit!!! Nice one, kid. Lovin’ you!!!
